Site2US is an independent, bilingual (English/Chinese) guide for people who live outside the United States but need US financial and tech services — international students, cross-border sellers, freelancers, founders, and anyone who wants a USD account, a US phone number or a US server.

Editorial principles

• Accuracy first. Every guide shows a “last reviewed” date and ends with links to official sources.
• Limits, not just perks. We spell out eligibility gaps — excluded countries, US-address or SSN requirements — instead of only listing benefits.
• Legal use only. We never explain how to fake identities or addresses, evade KYC, or get around sanctions. Follow the laws of your own country, including FX, tax and telecom rules.
• No affiliate links. The site currently carries no referral links or invite codes. If that changes, they will be clearly labeled and will not affect our assessments.
